Kadence

Version 0.9.0 · built to be used

Young riders at the right cadence.

Kadence is training planning for U17, U19 and U23 cyclists, their coaches and their parents: a calendar of sessions on the bike and in the gym, Cycling Denmark's recommendations as the default, load that works without a power meter, and a page for parents. Open source, Danish and in the EU.

AGPL-3.0 · Passkeys and two-factor sign-in · Your data out in one click

What you get

  • A calendar of sessions on the bike, in the gym and beyond
  • Season plan and strength programmes after DCU for U17, U19 and U23
  • Load, form and freshness, also without a power meter
  • FIT files, Wahoo, Garmin and Polar
  • A page for parents and a wellbeing check-in
  • AI at Mistral in the EU or Ollama on your own machine

DCU as the default

The season plan is filled from Cycling Denmark's recommendations for the rider's age class, and the strength programmes for U17, U19 and U23 are ready. The coach can deviate, and the deviation is always visible. The AI can propose next week; the coach decides.

The rider's data, always

The rider decides what parents see. Everything can be exported as a spreadsheet and JSON in one click and deleted completely.

Secure from day one

Teams are separated in the database, and so are riders: a teammate never sees your check-ins. Passkeys, two-factor sign-in and a log that cannot be edited.
